Hire or own cost worksheet
Use equivalent, seller-confirmed tax-inclusive AUD quotes for the same planned period. Choose a confirmed whole-package total for multi-day tariffs; use daily mode only when that rate actually applies. Enter confirmed zero charges explicitly.
Hire = daily rate × days × trips, or confirmed package total × trips. Days describe the quoted trip period in package mode; each trip must actually qualify for the entered quote. Ownership = package + entered service + entered extra transport. No resale value, financing, price feed or unentered hire accessories, collection, damage charges or travel costs are inferred. Refundable deposits are not automatically costs. This does not select suitable equipment or recommend buying.Packed equipment weight
Enter measured weights in kilograms. Include each actual container once and use zero only for a confirmed absent item. Keep an item list behind each grouped entry.
Total = all four entries. This inventory does not establish a baggage allowance, acceptance, lifting limit, roof-rack capacity or safe loading. Check current operating-carrier conditions, your actual ticket and the completed packed item separately.Equipment dimension units
Convert a stated physical length while retaining its original label. This is useful for a case dimension or a boot’s explicitly marked external sole length. Do not enter a Mondo size as if it were an external shell measurement.
1 cm = 10 mm; 1 m = 1,000 mm; 1 international inch = 25.4 mm exactly. The tool does not convert a boot-size system, choose ski or board size, approve fit or determine binding settings.
